I had the pleasure of meeting the people responsible for these wonderful bratwurst and not only are they some of the nicest people you would ever want to meet, they have truly mastered the art and skill of making absolute KILLER bratwurst. I have never liked brats, until now. The combinations of the flavors are like none youve ever seen or tasted, and no one flavor overpowers the other.
For example, the burnin at both ends.... dont get me wrong, its hot.... but its the kind of hot that still allows you to taste the bratwurst, and leaves you wanting more.
After we tried these at a cookout i attended, we talked about them the whole night....Now thats impressive.
